Quick tip: Knowledge for fast food.

So I don’t know about you, but when it comes to ordering fast food, I tend to be grossed out of the other “fast food” chains.

I do need my coffee every morning to really get into the day. I realized the importance of enjoying the morning in making it an event by savoring the ambience, the smell of the coffee and just getting into a warm pastry or sandwhich. One thing that stands clear is how Italians really make a special event of their mornings. Look at the image above, these are all over italy, people are arriving to diveinto their   espresso and chocolate crossaint.  So I know we are not in Italy at this moment so here is an idea to kick off a good day.

So, I prefer to order at Starbucks. It is good food, ive seen the large orders of food come individually wrapped from whatever food factory they use. The reason why I would rather buy this food, say over Mc-food place( not going to use or bash any place) would be since the food is invidiually wrapped and prepared, no more hands touch the food until it arrived at each store location. Ive seen that when my food is served, the Barista picks up my sandwhich and opens the wrapper. Its not sitting on a hotsurface  waiting to be used while animals walk around it or its not being served onto a greasy cooktop where a hamburger just sat.

So here is the deal to a good meal and its less than $6 vs $7.50 at Mcplace.

     1) a ice coffee Venti with classic sweatner and       half and half

      2) a bacon smoked gouda sandwhich

Total price = $5.70 and you have a great and awesome breakfast!

Enjoy our tip of the day!

-prices are subject to vary per location, but overall I have found that this breakfast is served everywhere for about the same price give or take a few cents in taxes that vary.

– no support from starbucks was used and or no wealth is gained from their support, only my own views are presented to help people make great and healthy decisions.
